Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our business growth.

You will be onsite at our Indianapolis office and play a key role in building a high-performing sales team. The role requires strong recruiting skills, experience with ATS, and the ability to establish strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in sales or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of sales roles and the sales hiring process is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sales candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Promote the company's employer brand to attract top sales talent.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
