Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, seeks a dynamic Corporate Sales Recruiter in Indianapolis to source, attract, and hire top sales talent. You will build a high‑performing team by leveraging effective recruiting strategies and close collaboration with hiring managers.

In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, promote the employer brand, track metrics, and stay current on industry trends to continuously improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in sales or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of sales roles and the sales hiring process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified sales candidates.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting including screening resumes, interviewing, and offers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of sales candidates for current and future needs.
• Promote the company's employer brand to attract top sales talent.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to measure success.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment.
