Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Recruiter to join our Indianapolis, IN office. You will source, attract, and hire top sales talent to fuel growth and build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, candidate screening, interviewing, offers, and maintaining a robust pipeline, while promoting our employer brand and tracking recruitment metrics. Onsite role with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in sales or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of sales roles and the sales hiring process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified sales candidates.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sales candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Promote the company's employer brand to attract top sales talent.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment.
