Responsibilities

• Partner with territory leaders to understand open positions and priorities.
• Source candidates using job boards, databases, outreach, and other recruiting tools.
• Reach out to prospective candidates to discuss opportunities and qualifications.
• Assist in candidate screening and coordinate next steps with your team.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Keep candidate records and recruiting activity up to date.
• Work toward activity and production goals with guidance from experienced recruiters.
• Participate in cohort training and team discussions to improve performance.
