Job summary

Soliant in Houston invites college students to join a summer internship focused on recruiting. You will source candidates, reach out to prospects, screen applicants, and support recruiters on real openings, learning how a recruiting desk operates with mentorship from territory leaders.

The program runs May 24 through July 23, 2027, with cohort training, hands-on practice, and ongoing coaching designed to help you build relationships, meet production goals, and launch your recruiting career.

Responsibilities

• Partner with territory leaders to understand open positions and recruiting priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, outreach, and other recruiting tools.
• Contact prospective candidates to discuss opportunities, qualifications, interests, and availability.
• Support candidate screening and coordinate the next steps with your assigned team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming openings.
• Keep candidate records and recruiting activity accurate and up to date.
• Work toward established activity and production goals with coaching from experienced recruiters and leaders.
• Participate in cohort training, team discussions, and feedback sessions.
