Job summary

Soliant Launch internship offers a hands-on recruiting role that connects qualified candidates with open jobs. You’ll work directly with territory leaders and an assigned territory, learning how to run a recruiting desk while contributing to real hiring needs.

During the program you will partner with leaders, source candidates, screen applicants, and build a healthy candidate pipeline. Expect coaching, cohort training, and hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with territory leaders to understand open positions and recruiting priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, outreach, and other recruiting tools.
• Contact prospective candidates to discuss opportunities, qualifications, interests, and availability.
• Support candidate screening and coordinate next steps with your assigned team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming openings.
• Keep candidate records and recruiting activity accurate and up to date.
• Work toward established activity and production goals with coaching from experienced recruiters and leaders.
• Participate in cohort training, team discussions, and feedback sessions.
