You will work directly with territory leaders to learn how to run a recruiting desk and contribute to real hiring needs.

During the program, you’ll gain practical sourcing, outreach, screening, and pipeline management skills while building relationships that drive team results and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with territory leaders to understand open positions and recruiting priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, outreach, and other recruiting tools.
• Contact prospective candidates to discuss opportunities, qualifications, interests, and availability.
• Support candidate screening and coordinate the next steps with your assigned team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming openings.
• Keep candidate records and recruiting activity accurate and up to date.
• Work toward established activity and production goals with coaching from experienced recruiters and leaders.
• Participate in cohort training, team discussions, and feedback sessions.
