Job summary

Soliant offers a hands-on summer internship focused on recruiting, giving you real responsibility to connect qualified candidates with open roles. You will work with territory leaders, learn to run a recruiting desk, and contribute to hiring for healthcare, education, and pharmacy roles.

You’ll source candidates, screen, and maintain a candidate pipeline while meeting coaching and production goals. This paid internship supports growth through cohort training and active team feedback.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in college or university.
• Interest in sales and recruitment as a career path.
• Strong communication and willingness to initiate conversations with new people.

Responsibilities

• Partner with territory leaders to understand open positions and recruiting priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, outreach, and other recruiting tools.
• Contact prospective candidates to discuss opportunities, qualifications, interests, and availability.
• Support candidate screening and coordinate the next steps with your assigned team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming openings.
• Keep candidate records and recruiting activity accurate and up to date.
