Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking a Recruiting professional to build a nationwide candidate pipeline from an on-site location in Tampa. You will own the end-to-end recruiting process, leveraging a best-in-class training program and a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Generate high-volume candidate flow through diverse sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interviews from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations and progress in the ATS.
• Process onboarding paperwork accurately.
