Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is a nationwide freight brokerage leader with 9,000+ employees and an award-winning culture. The Tampa-based recruiting role offers paid training and uncapped bonuses, with a base salary starting at $45,000 and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

You will own the candidate search process, cultivate relationships with hiring managers and candidates, manage phone screens, and drive the end-to-end interview cycle in an on-site, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process onboarding and dispositioning paperwork with a high level of accuracy.
