Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring a Recruiter in Charleston, SC to own the end-to-end candidate search process and work with the on-site hiring manager in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. You will build relationships and manage sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding, with best-in-class paid training.

You will operate in a 100% in-office role with a base salary starting at $50,000, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and uncapped bonuses.

• 1+ year of successful full cycle recruiting experience.

• Ability to work with the latest technologies.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate high volume candidate flow through diverse sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring smooth onboarding.
