Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring a Recruiter to own end-to-end candidate search nationwide, based in our Rogers, AR office. No experience required; we provide best-in-class paid training and a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Base salary starts at $45,000 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus, uncapped bonuses, and clear promotion opportunities. You’ll build relationships with hiring managers, manage interviews, and help candidates through onboarding in Avature.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy.
