Fill roles through diverse sourcing methods, conduct phone screens, and oversee the interview-to-offer cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate high volume candidate flow using various sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations and feedback in Avature and manage onboarding paperwork with accuracy.
