Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in St. Louis, MO is hiring a Recruiter who will own the candidate search process and partner with an on-site hiring manager.

You will generate candidate flow through sourcing, conduct screens, and guide candidates from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. No experience is required as we offer best-in-class paid training for recent graduates, with a base salary starting at $45,000, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and uncapped bonuses.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and partners to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations, progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork with a high level of accuracy.
