Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Sales Recruiter to source, assess, and recruit top sales talent for the Richmond, VA office. You will partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to ensure talent needs are met and drive full-life cycle recruiting across multiple locations.

The role requires 2+ years of recruiting experience, proficiency with Eightfold and LinkedIn Recruiter, and a proven ability to build strong candidate pipelines and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and a track record of commitment to prior employers.
• 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments.
• Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and social recruiting platforms.
• Experience with job boards, direct sourcing, and market mapping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-life cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions, primarily for sales roles.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, assess qualifications, present and close opportunities.
