Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Sales Recruiter for LoopNet in Richmond, VA. This role covers full-life cycle recruiting for the Apartments.com Sales Team, partnering with hiring managers and HR to meet hiring needs and present offers.

You will build candidate pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, and drive results in a fast-paced, in-office environment Monday–Friday. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of recruiting or quota-carrying sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or-equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting or quota-carrying sales experience.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and social recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own full-life cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies.
• Consult with hiring managers on recruitment strategy and offers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Know market trends and talent networks.
