Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Sales Recruiter in Richmond, VA or Arlington, VA to source, assess, and recruit top talent for Account Executive roles and other positions. You will partner with HR and hiring managers to drive the full recruiting process and build a robust talent pipeline.

The role requires collaboration across locations, a proactive approach to recruitment strategy, and a focus on delivering top candidates to pace business growth. This is an in-office role, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in person university or college.
• 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency environment OR 2+ years in quota‑carrying sales.
• Ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Eightfold) and social recruiting platforms or sales CRM.
• Experience using job boards and proactive sourcing methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full‑life cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions, primarily focusing on Account Executives.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies, assess qualifications, and present and close opportunities.
• Drive results with a sales and service orientation toward clients and candidates and build strong relationships.
• Adapt to a dynamic environment and stay connected to market priorities and business strategy.
• Develop and grow talent networks across locations.
