Job summary

CoStar Group, a leading real estate information and insights provider, is seeking a Research Recruiter in our Richmond, VA office. This full-time role demands five days in the office, handling sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment for multiple disciplines across the organization.

You will partner with HR and hiring managers to drive strategy, present offers, and build a robust talent pipeline. The position emphasizes high-volume recruiting, ATS usage, and a strong client-service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
• 3–5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience working onsite in Richmond, VA.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Proficiency with ATS and social recruiting platforms.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-life cycle recruiting process for multiple requisitions for cross-functional teams.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines and sourcing strategy; assess qualifications and close opportunities.
• Drive results with a sales and service orientation toward clients and candidates.
• Adjust easily in a dynamic environment and maintain passion for the company and craft.
• Know the market, understand business strategy, and grow talent networks.
