This full‑life cycle role focuses on Account Executive hires for the Apartments.com network. The position is in‑office Monday–Friday with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or College.
• 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency environment OR 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Eightfold) and LinkedIn Recruiter or sales CRM.

Aufgaben

• Oversee full-life cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions, primarily Account Executives for Apartments.com Sales.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, assess qualifications, and present opportunities.
• Drive for results with a sales and service orientation towards clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to meet organizational talent needs.
