Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency setting.
• Experience sourcing in a sales environment or with quota-carrying roles.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers to drive recruitment.
• Proficiency with Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
