Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years' full-cycle corporate recruitment experience.
• Sales recruitment experience is essential.
• Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate identification skills.
• Confident using phone, email, LinkedIn and direct outreach.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously within a lean, hands-on environment.
• Knowledge of US recruitment practices and employment legislation.
• Wine, spirits, beverage, FMCG or consumer goods recruitment experience highly desirable.
