The role emphasizes direct sourcing and sales recruitment, handling the process from briefing through to offer while maintaining a lean, hands-on approach.

You will build pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment with a focus on autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruitment experience in a corporate setting.
• Proven sales recruitment experience.
• Strong direct sourcing capability and candidate outreach skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage candidates.
• Experience screening candidates and conducting interviews (phone/virtual).
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Own US recruitment activity from briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Develop practical recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Proactively source candidates, especially for sales and commercial roles.
• Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, job ads, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews; assess fit and experience.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback from hiring teams.
• Prepare offers and support compensation discussions within parameters.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records; monitor metrics and process improvements.
