Pay: $18.00 per hour + potential monthly bonuses

Status: Full-Time

Clinic Hours: Mon-Thu 8:30am-6:00pm, Fri-Sat 8:30am-5:00pm

Position Summary

We are hiring a full-time Sales Receptionist in St. Louis (Fairview Heights), IL, to be part of our dynamic team. The Sales Receptionist will greet and welcome clients, provide exceptional customer service to foster relationships, work with clinic staff to meet sales goals through upselling, and support daily operations with administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure positive client experiences
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries
• Confirm appointments, update client records, and communicate with clients
• Assist in achieving sales goals through upselling and relationship building
• Support the Sales Manager with follow-up calls and promotional notifications
• Help with clinic maintenance, event support, and other operational needs
• Process financial transactions
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays
• Initiative and ability to work independently
• Maintain confidentiality
• Ability to lift 20-40 pounds
