Ncontracts, headquartered in Nashville, TN, seeks a sales enablement professional to translate strategy into learning experiences, seller tools, and practice. You will test ideas in real customer conversations and refine AI-enabled workflows with guardrails.

Using Gong and Salesforce, you’ll surface patterns, coach sellers, and collaborate across Enablement to drive measurable revenue outcomes.

Qualificações

• Quota-carrying B2B sales experience, preferably SaaS.
• Experience designing and facilitating sales training or Enablement.
• Practical generative AI experience with prompts and guardrails.

Responsabilidades

• Translate Enablement strategy into practical learning and tools.
• Test ideas in real customer conversations and refine them.
• Design and refine AI-enabled seller workflows with guardrails.
• Use Gong, Salesforce and field evidence to surface patterns and coach.
• Facilitate learning experiences that require active participation.
