SKF Group in the United States is seeking a Quality Engineer for our Sales Quality Team in the Industrial market. The role reports to the Sales Quality Americas Manager for North America.

You will drive customer satisfaction by coordinating complaints, PPAPs, surveys, and other customer-related activities, acting as a liaison between customers and SKF’s global factory network to advocate for clients. Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Experience working with major/key OEM and After Market customers.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Champions the SKF Group Quality Policy and philosophy.
• Coordinates containment, corrective, and improvement actions for customer complaints and field issues.
• Drives implementation of Quality Policy and objectives.
• Coordinate corrective action follow-up inside and outside own Business Unit.
• Manage customer portals and quality reviews with key customers (e.g., Caterpillar, John Deere, CNH).
• Perform internal Quality System Audits to ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 22163; follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate PPAP requests with SKF Factories and product owners.
• Assist in Customer Surveys and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop solutions using Office 365, AI, to improve workflows.
