Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field; 5+ years of quality experience or equivalent.
• Experience across full value chain: customers, manufacturing, warehouses, Sales, Service, Engineering, Warranty.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements, audits and documentation.
• Experience using problem-solving tools such as 8D, A3, 5 Why, fishbone analysis, FMEA, and risk-based decisions.
• Ability to communicate with customers and cross-functional teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key customer quality contact for issues, requests, and quality-related inquiries.
• Monitor scorecards and trends to identify risks and drive improvement actions.
• Manage customer complaints from intake to containment and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with customers, factories, warehouses, Sales, Service, Engineering to resolve quality concerns.
• Apply quality tools and risk-based decision making to improve processes.
• Support PPAP activities and customer-specific quality documentation.
