Prospira America Corporation seeks a Customer Quality Engineer to ensure products and manufacturing processes meet customer, regulatory, industry, and company standards using advanced statistical tools and problem-solving methodologies.

You will collaborate with customers and suppliers, drive PPAP and Control Plans, and lead continuous improvement efforts while maintaining ISO 9001 and TS16949 compliance. The role is based in Upper Sandusky, OH, with domestic/international travel.

Qualificações

• Two year degree or equivalent in manufacturing or quality fields.
• Four years’ experience in automotive industry’s quality functions (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Control Plans).
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, and technical specifications interpretation preferred.
• Working knowledge of measurement systems analysis and laboratory equipment and hand tools preferred.
• MS Office and analytical tools proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Work with customers, supplier quality, and subcontractors to plan and implement quality activities (PPAP, Control Plans, etc.).
• Make data-driven decisions to support corporate goals and principles.
• Write and implement quality system standards, procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and TS16949 compliance.
• Lead cross-functional activities to drive continuous improvement.
• Build customer relationships based on trust and partnership.
• Plan and perform audits of product, process and quality systems.
• Lead APQP and Launch activities with timely completion.
