Job summary

SWK Technologies, Inc. is seeking a meticulous Sales and Purchasing Specialist to support purchasing, order management, billing, and accounting processes.

You will coordinate with vendors, track orders, and ensure accurate invoicing and payments across teams, maintaining clear records and timely communications. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Customer Account Management, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies, monitor outstanding items, and identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, billing, sales operations, AP/AR, order management, or a related function preferred.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Acumatica experience preferred.
• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Place and track orders after payment is received and confirmed; coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain monthly billing activities and accurate invoicing; assist month-end close.
• Work with Sales, Renewals, Customer Account Management, and Accounting to ensure accurate records and proactive communication.
