• Gather collateral and a sample book, and send to prospects as potential leads.
• Maintain accurate, organized records of all communications with Project Directors and leads, including dates, times, notes, samples sent, and regional information.
• Support the Project Director with supplies, collateral, and samples; coordinate research with travel plans.
