Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales support, sales coordinator, or administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and documentation accuracy.
• Experience in construction, modular buildings, or related industry is a plus.
• Self-motivated team player with a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by managing leads, tracking opportunities, and helping maintain CRM data accuracy
• Communicate between sales, operations, and customers to ensure seamless project handoffs
• Monitor and report on sales pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, site visits, and follow-up communications
• Assist with order processing and ensure accurate documentation throughout the sales cycle
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide product and pricing information
• Meet with customers and give tours of our facility
