Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging in the United States is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to manage customer jobs from order approval to finished product. You will support front office and production teams while delivering excellent customer service using deep knowledge of our products and programs.

You will enter orders in MS PrintVis, track milestones with Salesforce, and coordinate with Sales, Quality, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or customer support role.
• Experience overseeing and/or supporting customer orders through the full lifecycle.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in data entry and general computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules and forecast project completion.
• Create and release job tickets for production.
• Enter customer orders in ERP (MS PrintVis).
• Coordinate with Sales, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide timely updates to customers and manage order status.
