ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in New Jersey. You will act as a liaison for shipping/receiving with production and quality teams, manage the shipping process, and oversee inventory for raw materials and finished products.

You will handle inbound and outbound loads, perform daily ERP entries in Microsoft Dynamics, and ensure accurate paperwork and packaging for shipments. The role supports and improves warehouse operations across the plant.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED; or 1–2 years related experience.
• Previous warehouse or shipping & receiving experience preferred.
• ERP system experience (Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Keeps warehouse organized by moving products to assigned areas.
• Notifies and/or delivers incoming product to end user and delivers small parcel packages, rolls of film and boxes of finished pouches to appropriate locations.
• Unloads assigned inbound and outbound loads.
• Picks, stages, and scans orders for shipments.
• Ensures that items are picked in order they are scheduled to be shipped.
• Loads and completed load documents for scrap disposal.
• Completes daily receiving entries in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Manages raw material and critical supply inventories, including maintenance and cleaning of inventory area, inventory organization and racking, inventory cycle counting and reporting, monthly inventory accounting.
• Responsible for managing all outbound shipments, including preparation of sequentially numbered paper work in software accounting system, management of packaging materials inventories, packaging of product to be shipped, and arrangement of transportation services.
• Performs general housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the dock and inventory areas.
