Job summary

Dry Force Corp. is seeking a Sales Project Manager for the Houston area to consult with homeowners on residential reconstruction projects.

You will drive in-home meetings, manage handoffs to project managers, oversee production scheduling, and coordinate estimates using Docusketch, Xactimate, and related tools. The role requires 2–3 years in PM in restoration/construction, 3+ years in outside sales with a proven single-visit close, and a strong focus on customer service and insurance claims

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in project management, preferably in restoration or construction.
• 3+ years of outside sales with a proven track record of closing deals in a single visit.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Sales Engagement: Meet homeowners for in-home appointments using qualified leads to drive high conversions.
• Project Management Handoff: Ensure smooth transfer of jobs from insurance approval to production.
• Oversee production: scheduling subs, collecting payments, documenting, and site visits.
• Estimate Building: Create accurate project estimates using Docusketch and related software.
• Insurance Assistance: Guide customers through claims process and insurer approvals.
• Relationship Management: Build strong insurer and customer communications throughout projects.
• Documentation: Complete all paperwork and ensure timely processing.
