Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in restoration or construction.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals in a single visit.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in technology, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Must be available to work overtime, including some holidays and during weather-related surge events.

Responsibilities

• Sales Engagement: Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments using provided leads.
• Project Management Handoff: Ensure smooth transfer of jobs from insurance approval to production.
• Oversee all production aspects, including scheduling subs, collecting payments, and site visits.
