Job summary

Dry Force Corp in the Houston area is seeking a Sales Project Manager to consult with homeowners on residential reconstruction projects. The role combines sales, estimating, and project management with customer service focus in a fast-paced restoration environment.

Responsibilities include meeting homeowners, handoff to project managers, overseeing subcontractors and on-site visits, and guiding customers through insurance claims with emphasis on effective communication and timely paperwork.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project management experience in restoration or construction.
• 3+ years of outside sales with a proven single-visit close.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Valid Texas driver's license and ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with moisture meters and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Sales Engagement: meet with homeowners for in-home appointments using qualified leads and aim for high conversion.
• Project Management Handoff: ensure smooth transfer from insurance approval to production.
• Oversee production: scheduling subcontractors, collecting payments, documentation, site visits.
• Estimate Building: create accurate estimates using Docusketch-related tools coordinating pre-production efforts.
• Insurance Assistance: guide customers through insurance claims and approvals.
• Relationship Management: maintain communication with insurers and customers.
• Documentation: complete required paperwork for sales and job start.
