Job summary

Dry Force is urgently hiring a Sales Project Manager to consult with homeowners on residential reconstruction projects in the Houston area. This role blends sales, estimating, project management, and customer service, requiring a proven track record closing deals and coordinating with insurers.

You will meet homeowners for in-home appointments, hand off to project managers, oversee production, prepare estimates with Docusketch, assist with insurance claims, and maintain strong relationships with

Qualifications

2–3 years of project management experience in restoration or construction.
3+ years outside sales with a proven single-visit close.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug test.
Experience with Xactimate and Dash is a plus.
Ability to work overtime, including some holidays and surge events.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments and convert leads.
Coordinate handoff to project managers for insurance-approved jobs.
Oversee production: scheduling subcontractors, payments, documentation, site visits.
Create accurate project estimates using Docusketch.
Guide customers through insurance claims process.
Maintain relationships with insurers and customers.
Complete documentation and paperwork for sales and start jobs.
