Job summary

Dry Force Corp. in the Houston area seeks a Sales Project Manager to consult with homeowners on residential reconstruction projects, leveraging sales, estimating, and project management expertise. This role focuses on operational execution and growth within a fast-paced environment.

You will manage end-to-end processes from sales appointments to production handoffs, work with insurance claims, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in project management
• 3+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals in a single visit
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in technology
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to pass background checks and drug tests

Responsibilities

• Sales Engagement: meet with homeowners for in-home appointments using qualified leads
• Project Management Handoff: ensure smooth transfer from insurance approval to production
• Project Management: oversee production, scheduling subcontractors, collecting payments, and site visits
• Estimate Building: create accurate project estimates using Docusketch camera/software
• Insurance Assistance: guide customers through claims process and insurer approvals
• Relationship Management: cultivate relationships with insurers and customers
• Documentation: complete documentation and timely processing of paperwork
