Job summary

Dry Force is seeking a Sales Project Manager to consult homeowners on residential reconstruction projects, combining sales, estimating, and project management.

You will meet with homeowners for in-home appointments, coordinate with project managers, and oversee production, insurance coordination, and client relations. This role rewards proactive execution and growth, with a track record of closing deals in a single visit.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in restoration or construction.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals in a single visit.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Basic math skills and comfort using moisture meters and other technology.
• Willing to work overtime, including some holidays and surge events.
• Experience with Xactimate and Dash is a plus

Responsibilities

• Sales Engagement: meet with homeowners for in-home appointments to convert leads.
• Project Management Hand-off: ensure smooth transfer from insurance approval to production.
• Oversee production: scheduling, payments, documentation, site visits to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare accurate estimates using Docusketch to coordinate pre-production efforts for insurance submissions.
• Guide customers through insurance claims and approvals, managing expectations.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and customers for effective communication.
• Complete all required paperwork and ensure timely processing of sales-related documents.
