Job summary

Dry Force is seeking a Sales Project Manager to consult with homeowners on residential reconstruction projects. The role combines sales, estimating, project management, and customer service in a fast-paced construction/restoration environment.

Responsibilities include in-home sales meetings, smooth handoff to project managers, creating estimates with a camera-based workflow, guiding customers through insurance processes, and maintaining strong relationships with insurers.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in restoration or construction.
• 3+ years of outside sales with a proven single-visit close track record.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Sales Engagement: meet homeowners for in-home appointments using qualified leads to ensure high conversion.
• Project Management Handoff: coordinate transfer from insurance approval to production with project managers.
• Estimate Building: create accurate estimates using Docusketch camera and software for pre-production submissions to insurance.
• Insurance Assistance: guide customers through the claims process and secure adjuster approvals.
• Relationship Management: build relationships with insurance companies and customers for clear communication.
• Documentation: complete all required paperwork for sales and job start timing.
