Job summary

Imperial Supplies, a Grainger Company, is seeking a Sales Project Manager to lead customer-focused initiatives, collaborate with Sales, customers, and cross-functional teams, and drive project execution from start to finish.

In this hybrid role based in Green Bay, WI, you will manage plans, timelines, and deliverables, while building strong internal and external relationships and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, sales support, customer service, marketing, or a related business function.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Smartsheet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer-focused projects from planning through execution.
• Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and business priorities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings, track progress, and communicate project updates.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance processes and customer satisfaction.
