Job summary

Imperial Supplies, a Grainger Company, invites you to join our Green Bay team as a Sales Support Operations Intern for Spring 2027. This paid internship offers a 12-week program with up to 20 hours per week, designed to give real-world exposure to cross-functional operations and customer research.

You will develop PowerPoint presentations, learn data concepts, and build Excel reports while collaborating with agile sales teams and supporting our off-cycle projects from the Green Bay office.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a 2- or 4-year accredited college.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Good organization and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• How to build a dynamic PowerPoint presentation.
• How to conduct customer research through use of data platforms and web research.
• Understand the importance of Data in business.
• How to build Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, graphs and charts.
• Understand how cross-functional teams operate in an agile environment.
• Understand how sales teams navigate through the selling process.
• Learn about Imperial’s core markets and how to influence the sale.
• Learn how to manage projects with multiple initiatives while managing priorities.
