Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• Master's degree in relevant industry, business administration, or business management preferred.
• 12+ years corporate and leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex business initiatives and teams to deliver measurable results.
• Ability to communicate across functional stakeholders and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for Commercial Operations, including Procurement and Supply Chain, Pricing Management, Pricing Strategy, and Contracts and Compliance.
• Own end-to-end margin performance by leading COGS management and market-relevant pricing strategy.
• Lead enterprise risk mitigation efforts by identifying vulnerabilities and enabling proactive strategies.
• Play a key role in leading strategic business planning for Commercial Operations and the enterprise.
• Translate the strategic plan into clear functional objectives through budgeting across the organization.
• Foster a data-driven, accountable, and collaborative culture to incentivize cross-department synergy.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, guiding senior leaders and resources.
• Develop high-potential talent through coaching, succession planning, and career progression.
