Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in industry, business administration, or management.
• 12+ years corporate leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex initiatives and teams with measurable results.
• Strong ability to communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven track record in aligning priorities with long-term objectives.
• Ability to manage high-pressure environments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for Commercial Operations, including Procurement and Supply Chain, Pricing Management, Pricing Strategy, and Contracts and Compliance.
• Own end-to-end margin performance by leading both COGS management and market-relevant pricing strategy, ensuring procurement cost structures, customer pricing, and contractual agreements are aligned to deliver sustainable profitability.
• Lead enterprise risk mitigation efforts by identifying operational, legal, and reputational vulnerabilities, enabling proactive strategies to safeguard the company's interests and long-term performance.
• Play a key role in leading strategic business planning both on behalf of Commercial Operations and the total enterprise.
• Translate the strategic business plan into clear functional objectives through the annual budgeting process, aligning priorities, resources, and execution plans across all levels of the organization.
• Foster a data-driven, accountable, and collaborative organizational culture that incentivizes cross-department synergy and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, guiding senior leaders, managing resources, and aligning functional priorities to meet or exceed P&L goals and key performance indicators.
• Develop high-potential talent through intentional coaching, succession planning, and career progression frameworks that build well-rounded enterprise leaders.
