Job summary

Aersale seeks a Project Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing aircraft, engine, and component transactions from initial quote through final close, ensuring accurate documentation and timely internal coordination.

The role serves as the operational backbone of sales projects, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Finance and Trade Compliance, maintaining data integrity across CRM and transaction records for USM parts, LLPs and whole asset sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales coordination, contracts administration, or aviation/aerospace operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quote generation, RFQ responses, and sales order processing across Asset Management Solutions and Technical Operations segments.
• Support contract administration, pricing documentation, and customer correspondence.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasting inputs for leadership.
• Process all RMA’s and track.
