Job summary

AerSale in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support aircraft maintenance operations by delivering parts, tooling, and materials to technicians. You will manage inventory, verify part details, and document movements using ERP systems in a fast-paced hangar environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of warehouse experience, ability to work in a hands-on setting, and proficiency in English. Forklift operation and safety training are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reading, writing and understanding English is required.
• Experience with warehouse operations and inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts, tools, and materials to technicians to support maintenance.
• Pick, stage, and distribute parts according to work orders and production schedules.
• Verify part numbers and quantities and document movements in ERP system.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Maintains inventory accuracy, and coordinates with warehouse stores and maintenance personnel to ensure parts availability while adhering to FAA regulations and company safety standards.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Deliver parts, tools, and materials to technicians in a timely manner to support maintenance and repair operations.Pick, stage, and distribute parts based on work orders, and production schedules.Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation to ensure accuracy before issuing materials.Assist return unused, unserviceable, core parts following company procedures.Accurately complete inventory transactions and material movement documentation using ERP or inventory management software.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) or other high-priority requests by expediting critical parts and materials.Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all required documentation, labeling, storing to including the scanning and imaging of work packages and traceability documents while meeting all AerSale and Customer requirements.Adhere to all FAA regulations, company policies and all applicable safety and quality standardsAssist Department Manager and supervisor as required.Education and Experience:High School Diploma or Equivalent.1 year of Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory experience required.Must be able to successfully complete AerSale Forklift Training.Basic computer knowledge required.Read, write, and understand the English language.Skills and Abilities:Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product Work Environment:Hangar and ramp atmosphere.
