Job summary

RideNow Powersports Canton is seeking an energetic sales professional to join our team. This role focuses on delivering a customer-centric sales experience, guiding guests through purchase steps, and closing deals with enthusiasm.

You will promote Harley Davidson products, cross-sell across departments, and maintain an engaging showroom. A strong communicator with interest in powersports will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in customer service (customer-facing)
• Minimum 6+ months in sales with demonstrated closing skills
• Knowledge of powersports brands and products

Responsibilities

• Assist guests through the purchase process, greeting, selection, numbers, negotiations, financing, and delivery
• Sell Harley Davidson products using feature-benefit techniques and emphasize advantages over competitors
• Introduce customers to Parts, Financing, Insurance, Warranties, and Service Plans departments for cross-selling
• Follow up with prospects and customers to nurture relationships
• Maintain showroom and motorcycle displays to attract customers
• Enter client data and interactions accurately into the CRM
• Stay updated on brand, products, and company events to serve as a resource

Responsibilities

• Assist guests through the purchase process (greeting, selection, numbers, negotiations, financing, and delivery) ensuring their time with us is easy and stress free!
• Sell the passion and excitement of Harley Davidson to our customers using proactive feature-benefit sales techniques providing advantages of our products over competing brands.
• Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans.
• A self-starter! Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers.
• Maintain the showroom and display of motorcycles in a manner appealing to customers.
• Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions.
• Stay up to date with our brand, product knowledge, company information, and company-wide events, truly becoming a resource to our customer base.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1+ year experience in customer service (customer-facing roles)
• Minimum of 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills
• Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry
• Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Positive can-do attitude
• Teamwork- works well with others and helps even when not asked.
• Riding Experience and Current Motorcycle Endorsement desired, not required
• Punctuality is key!
