RideNow Powersports is seeking an Internet Sales Specialist to handle online leads, schedule appointments, and guide customers through the purchasing process. You will thrive on staying organized, answering inquiries promptly, and building lasting relationships with customers.

You will log interactions in CRM, stay updated on inventory, and collaborate across departments to ensure a superior dealership experience. This is a commission-based role with opportunities for growth.

RideNow Powersports is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated Internet Sales Specialists to join our growing team! If you enjoy helping people, are great at staying organized, and feel confident handling online leads and phone calls, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle incoming internet leads, phone calls, and inquiries with professionalism, positivity, and prompt responses.
• Confirm and manage appointments, and provide friendly follow-up with unsold customers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally through email, text, and phone—always aiming to be helpful, honest, and accurate.
• Stay in touch with past customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory and assist customers in finding the right vehicle.
• Accurately log customer information and follow-ups in our CRM to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Work collaboratively with teammates across departments to give customers a great overall experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using CRM software and working with multiple online tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at work station
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
