Job summary

RideNow Powersports is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. No riding or prior sales experience required, just a positive attitude, strong communication, and a drive to exceed goals.

You will help customers find their dream ride, share product knowledge, and guide them through the purchase and delivery process while staying current on inventory, promotions, and showroom presentation. Weekend availability and team collaboration are expected.

• Retail or dealership sales experience preferred.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to purchase to delivery
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all powersports inventory, features, and promotions
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries and leads
• Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
• Participate in showroom upkeep and vehicle display setup
