Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc, in Lake City, FL, is seeking a Sales Administrator for our manufacturing facility. The role involves preparing yard sheets, scheduling production, entering orders, and coordinating financing and payments for homes.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and focus on accuracy, organization, and customer service within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Sales support and customer service experience a plus.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Extreme organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare yard sheets, schedule home production, and enter orders into the computer.
• Arrange financing with appropriate finance companies for sales when needed.
• Invoice homes and send Certificate of Origin for payment.
• Enter payments received on homes.
• Dispatches homes to Dealer and attaches permits.
• Prepares State reports for all homes.
• Answers phone calls and general filing.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports for corporate office.
