Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc in Lake City, FL is hiring a Sales Administrator to join our manufacturing facility. The role is full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with a non-exempt status.

You will prepare yard sheets, schedule production, handle orders, and assist with financing, invoicing, and reports, while supporting sales and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare yard sheets and schedule home production; enter orders.
• Arrange financing with finance companies for sales when needed.
• Invoice homes and issue Certificate of Origin for payment.
• Enter payments received on homes.
• Type data plates and packs for homes.
• Dispatch homes to dealers and attach permits.
• Prepare state reports for all homes.
• Answer phone calls and handle filing.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for corporate office.

Summary
